I've been flying Easyjet for years now on weekly business trips. They have a monopoly on certain routes in Europe. Therefore it is impossible to avoid doing business with them however you need to be ware of the following: -once you book a ticket their are no refunds, not if they cancel or delay the flight, not if they refuse you boarding for whatever reason. No refunds full stop. -no cancelling the ticket either: no button in the app or website, no number to call. Basically once you payed you can't get your money back. - there is however a possibility to change flights but that also often doesn't work. The page won't load or once you fill the form you get redirected back to the itinerary page. So my advice, unless you can't do otherwise, avoid this company at all cost
