Pre-ordered 2 Bistro Vouchers for £7.50 each. However reaching us, all hot main meals had been sold (what is the point in pre-ordering!), hostess advised we could get a refund, so we went hungry.
We subsequently claimed a refund only to be told we were not entitled to one!
