Unfriendly customer service
It is one of the most customer unfriendly company I’ve ever came across.
I made a mistake and purchased hold luggage instead of cabin baggage- pure human error. After additional purchasing of the cabin luggage I’ve kindly asked to be reimbursed on a hold luggage, which I never checked in. That of course didn’t happen. Overall, I’ve paid for my cabin luggage both ways for 2 people nearly £300! Enjoy my money EasyJet. I won’t flight with you ever again. There are different airlines with much nicer customer service approach.
