Flight diverted from Bristol to Birmingham.
When arrived no easy jet staff to advise,
Was told there would be a bus to take to Bristol, no bus.
Had to order our own uber taxi to take from Birmingham to Bristol to collect our car.absolutely chaos. Don’t use easy jet
