17/11/14 - I did a booking for 2 flights which was paid.
19/11/14 – I made a change of dates on my flights but I was told in my job I couldn’t make it.
19/11/14 – Just 2 hours after my first change of dates, I was told by my boss that there was a mistake so I could go away on the original dates, therefore I called your customer service to revert the flights to the original dates. Your customer service agent told me that Easyjet wouldn’t charge for the first change, but he had to charge me £28 because the original flight was full. I agreed with this.
Today I have checked my bank statement and I have been charged for the first and for the second charge, this is a lie, it’s a scam and I was deceived by your customer service agent.
