Are you going to sort out my new passport that a member of your team damaged by placing a sticker on the inside of it for my baggage, Which when I took it out to scan my passport it ripped my passport number off damaging my passport! your customer service are useless! Unhelpful, The chat option was a waste of 40 minuets after asking a load of questions then said sorry can’t help you with that, knowing full well from the beginning what the problem was! Then why did they need to ask all those questions in the first place. I have a holiday booked with no passport at the moment so I’m hoping this gets resolved soon as that’s a few thousand pounds down the drain when I can’t fly! Sort it out easy jet! Your negligence your problem
