Returned from Paphos 7/11 (EZY1974) my mum was poorly one of your team young man called Luke spotted this & gave excellent care & attention to my Mum with oxygen, she had been declared fit to fly but was still struggling to breathe, his help & care was amazing & we can't thank him enough, it was confirmed at NHS Hospital later that she actually had Pneumonia & has been admitted to hospital, they expect her to recover soon.
