Bought on March, 24 the workshop manuel for Mercedes 500SL, very difficult to load, and impossible to Unarchive on my own.
Finaly gave the hand to your help service via teamviewer software. The file has been extracted, but after a month of trials, it never worked, and since april; nobody answers to my messages.
I spent nearly 20€ for this, and it never worked.
It is robbery!
