Thought I had been scammed when the manual I got needed all kinds of software to use and was lots of downloads, I fired off a heated email to Jim in support and was calmed down quickly, offered an alternative PDF manual and it is perfect for my needs. I am sure a more technical person would benefit from the software manual but for me the PDF is great, so anyone second guessing using them, just ask and they are really helpful.”
