“I bought a manual for my car on their site. They send me big program for ford cars. My car has missing pictures in it. So I sought help from their support. They tried to help, but apparently thinking is not the strong site of their workers or it is their way to just keep people from refund. I wrote a lot of emails and they replied with completely wrong manuals. For example for different car or engine type. Not helpful at all. After several responds they finally told me they will refund me. I waited a whole month and nothing. So I wrote an email again. The same person replied I talked before Rich. Apparently he doesn't remember our conversation at all and didn't read our email history to try to remember. He refuses refund because he can send me the manual. And still sends the wrong ones. Waste of your time people. Don't buy from them.”

“No one should be without a manual for their car that breaks it all down. We used it to install a nightmare of a clutch on our Nisssan Xtrail. Didn't realize how much labor was required before we started but completed the task nonetheless. The manual took us step by step to complete it all.”

“It's about the price you pay and the product you get. And for the price, the amount of information is massive! I'm restoring a 1963 Jaguar MK2 so not always that easy to get. Initially I couldn't open the manual (due to my own fault by the way!). I emailed the guys at easymanuals and they took me through the process step by step, even offering a remote one-on-one session to walk through my issue. I figured out my the mistake I made before our appointment so it wasn't necessary. Personally I don't care if they don't have a 24/7 call centre, you can't expect that for what you're paying. But if you happen to run into an issue, they won't stop until it's solved. Even if I'm the one creating the problem lol. Personally I don't believe the stories about the slow service. I received almost immediate responses to my emails. Oh and before I forget, I LOVE the parts manual and maintenance information I've been searching for so long!”
