“Absolute rubbish worst download ever, parts missing .This was supposed to be translated to English and supposed to be the complete package. the complete rip off more like. If I can help one person from wasting their money, then I'll be happy”

“Total Scam! Terrible service. Didn't send the manual but wont refund. They sent the wrong manual, wont refund and couldn't chargeback because these guys told the bank that they had sent the manual, it was NOT the correct manual. It was for an electric vehicle and mine is diesel.”

“People be very careful, i puchased manual and have the same problem as previous review, missing file in the downloads so cannot complete and cannot get a response from the site despite using email and the so called help tab, never again, i dont know about easy manuals, i think it is a case of easy money?”

“bought a manual consisting of two part, the first part had no problems but second part is corrupted. I have downloaded the file from two indicated sites but the same error occurred, which left me with an incomplete manual. The seller did not offer a solution to this problem. The end result it hat I wasted my money on the product.”

Like ALL our installation guides tell you, the files are linked. You only need to extract part 1 and all the other parts will extract automatically. So that's it, as simple as that. Please check your extracted folder.

“Manual for Toyota Coasters 1998-2008, downloaded ok but would not unzip due to extra long file names. Also once i finally got the file open it does not contain the Electrical diagrams I was after and that were supposedly included.”

“Rebuilding my Nissan Elgrand and easymanuals has been a gold mine of information for the vehicle, they have very friendly staff and I have purchased and been sent lots of materials for the Elgrand including factory manual, owners handbook in English AV manual in English, the Bose stereo manual amongst other goodies. “Well worth paying the extra for a customised workshop manual. I did actually purchase the standard manual which was a software style and I couldn't get on with it, I contacted support and they gave me a few options one of which was a usb stick or a refund or to upgrade to a custom manual in pdf format, I got a discount of what I had already paid which was nice and the alternative manual was much better for me as I can use it on my phone rather than be stuck with the laptop. It was a Ford Edge 2020 model by the way and the custom manual came with wiring diagrams but I don't need it for that good to have though. Very happy with everything despite the not so good start.”
