“About a year ago I paid almost €150 for a manual and never received anything — no download, no USB stick, and no response. My easymanuals account suddenly became inaccessible. Most of my inquiries were ignored or met with excuses — if they were answered at all. My request for a refund was refused because the “refund period” had expired. Allegedly it’s not possible to create a manual with my VIN — great. easymanuals? never more...”

“Hyundai i10. Well there's a 1,966 page pdf file which looks like it has loads of stuff in it. But it covers multiple vehicle variants, and there is NO INDEX. Seriously, nearly 2000 pages and you can't even jump to sections by topic, the only way to find what you are looking for is either to read the whole pdf or search by key words, and then make sure you are looking at the right model. Seriously guys, without an index it's near useless.”
