“My first purchase and I purchased a manual and downloaded the product only to realise I had a file I was going to need a Windows computer to open it on. So I dusted off my 10 year old laptop,loaded the VM, and had a few problems getting it to run. I emailed them about it and they were ready to help make it work so fast and positively that I was surprised. If you are a person who repairs cars or trucks as I do and you don't have a $200 a month subscription to Alldata or Mitchell, you need to check these guys out. Forget the pdf's you'll be glad you did. I work as a mechanic, and what I purchased was the manufacturers information and procedures for the entire line of trucks covering 8 years in every configuration, engine and transmission. I've ordered a brand new laptop, as I'm going to be using this service quite a bit.”

“I went to download my manual but it messed up so I contacted easymanuals support and they responded almost immediately and said they would look into it. Next day they responded and said they were working on it. Today (only 2 days after I received the first download) they e-mailed me another manual much more detailed. They are a good, honest company. “I have purchased three manuals from easymanuals so far. The manuals are extremely detailed and of high quality. Literally the same as is available to dealer technicians.  Recently I emailed and informed of an issue and they responded the same day. Within two business days they provided me with an updated copy of the manual I purchased, which includes the images that were previously missing.  In other words, not only does this company provide quality materials... “My experience went astoundingly well! I got the download link within 12 hours, and it seamlessly downloaded in less than a minute directly to my computer. I felt very safe through the whole process unlike the two other sites I had tried to grab cheaper versions from. Even my antivirus program gave each step a clean bill of health. The embedded bookmark links make the manual quick and easy to use. I had tried 2 other cheaper locations for this repair manual and wasted my money at both. One made me use a virtual machine to see the manual, and I could not print from there, plus concerns about security through their VM. The other I never even got a workable file. So I wasted £30 with them, and half a day cleaning up my computer from the debris they had sent. Stick with easymanuals and go for the custom manual.”

“The PDF custom manual was provide via an email link about 5 days after purchase but that the timing was of purchase was at the weekend and so normal delivery is likely to be faster. The PDF provided worked well in Acrobat Reader on both Mac and iPad. The manual is very detailed and covers both gas and diesel versions. It appears to be an official OEM Audi manual. Very happy with the purchase.”

“My Kia Venga developed transmission problems. I often find helpful tips on YouTube but in this case I could not find any. Transmission shops see you coming a mile away and I dread the thought of using one. Their charges are nauseatingly high. The repair manuals available at the auto parts stores do not cover transmission trouble shooting very well. The manual I obtained from easymanuals saved me thousands of dollars in diagnosis and repairs at a repair shop. Repairs are relatively easy once you know the problem. The manual allowed me to troubleshoot the transmission and make the necessary repairs myself. The manual covers every detail of the vehicle. I hope I don't need it often but having it gives me peace of mind. One thing to add I reached out to easymanuals and asked them to confirm the transmission was covered before the sale and they happily sent me a screenshot to show me.”

“After my purchase the file I initially downloaded did not work correctly. I could not see the table of contents and all the hyperlinks did not work. I thought I had gotten ripped off. Surprisingly the easymanuals folks responded to my messages and after a few exchanges they sent me another link for a file that works just as advertised. I initially was going to give a one star review but after this experience I am happy they stood by their product and worked with me till the issue was resolved. Five Stars from Me!”
