“i was initially very disapointed as you need to download a virtual machine, with poor performance, and then try to fing your way in official Mercedes documentation tool. Then it's not possible to use it on multiple support, impossible to print... unusable for me. I sent them an email about it, and they sent me back the documentation in a big pdf file (5000 pages, 350MB), and this is exactly what I was looking for. thank you”

“A few hiccups - download link didn't work, and then manuals weren't up to date. Issues rectified relatively quickly by support staff. If Easy Manuals could keep on top of checking links work and that the manuals are up to date then that'd have made this 5 stars. Will use again!”

“My Jaguar XE manual was excellent but the recently acquired Ford Ikon manual involved a lot of PT and took a while before I felt comfortable using it. (It is not a simple pdf but uses a virtual machine - at 73 years of age, some learning was necessary!)”
