“You are not buying the next best thing to a Haynes manual! For a Peugeot 3008, I actually needed to download 12GB of manuals for many Peugeot models together with a virtual machine to run the interactive manual in Windows XP. It says 'SERVICE BOX Documentation Backup' at the top so I think it is an offline backup version of Peugeot Citroen's 'Service Box'. I reckon that a geek could make this work on a tablet but normal people can only use it on a PC or laptop. At my request, I promptly received a DropBox link to the 'PDF' version to use on my tablet at the vehicle. This was not a PDF document as such; just 3051 images (pages) captured from the app and saved in a PDF with no index or search facility; even the bookmarks could not be searched. The interactive manual is very thorough but painful to follow. For example, engine tasks may require the removal of the 'protective panel' under the engine compartment but it is not cross referenced and you need manually to search through the bodywork section to find it where it has changed its name to protective engine shield (which also does not show up in the search facility.) In sum: maybe great for professionals or enthusiasts who use it regularly but not for the casual DIYer who just wants to change the windscreen washer pump.”

“"Citroen DS5 PDF Workshop Service & Repair Manual 2011 to 2015" - 3815 pages without index, information that is repeated two or three times or more. Not used for Hybrids (DS5 Hybride 4x4). Very little information about the DW10 RHC 165PS 120kw / 163Hp engine. Nothing consistent about the electrical installation. I had more expectations.”

“The thumbnails that show what you get is not accurate. The information is in the pdf but it is not interactive. Support tried to help but stopped answering when I asked why there was such a difference to what was shown and what was given. Not very happy with the manual !”

“Manual DO NOT cover Insignia 1.6 CDTi 2017 i am really disapointed. You have not indicated at all. that the manual only covers older engine versions/models. Waste of money”

“The download does NOT indicate the multiple steps needed to download the file, unarchive it, go get a utility software, download that, get a key for the software to work, then run the downloaded files (RAR) through an unarchiver, then through the utility in order to be useful. Aboslutley the WORST system I have ever seen for what the use basically needs...a document file. Haven't you ever head of a PDF file? the whole world is using them. Look it up.”

“Absolutely no logic to the order of repair tasks. No index page, no contents page, none of the hyperlinks linking to other parts of repair manual work. Example - you want to remove the car battery? Look through pages 1 to 2019 to find your answer! No way of knowing if you are looking at a petrol or diesel model repair procedure because you don’t know which part of the manual you need to look at. The sub-heading may say ‘water pump’ but for which engine? I’ve given a review rating of 2 stars - one because it’s the only manual I’ve found for the Opel Vivaro 3, and one because the repair procedures are easy to follow if you are lucky enough to stumble across the right one.”

“Takes ages to download, 7Zip didn't extract the .RAR file, had to download another app, VMware tried to launch the easymanual and kept on crashing! had to go into the computer BIOS and change the setup before this would launch, works ok so far, next time just buy a Haynes manual or something similar.”

“I bought a manual for a renault trafic 2014 and newer x82, and expected it to have a comprehensive amount of information. While having allot of mechanical in formation there were absolutely no electrical diagrams. I am disappointed about the lack off content. The method of delivery was very fast. The quality of the mechanical diagrams and text in my manual is very good. It a shame there are no electrical schematics.”

“Just dowloaded a Renault Trafic workshop manual and I have to say that the images are terrible! Almost to the point of being useless! This day and age I would expect better than this. The files could not be opened using a tablet, so I had to download to a friends computer then upload to google drive in order to open anything on my tablet. Then to find that there are no menu files that enable the kind of search that can be used on a PC. I would not recommend this type of workshop manual at all for anyone who is seriously wanting to maintain their vehicle.”

We don't create the manuals ourselves, these are published by the car manufactures. We have offered you an alternative workshop manual so perhaps you can revisit your review once you have explored this.

“I found it very difficult to navigate and having looked up three areas of interest for jobs I needed to do I regret I was unable to get the information I needed on any of them. I had to revert to my old system of learn as I go on the job. This was very disappointing compared with a written book and some illustrations I could not follow.
