“Paid for a workshop manual, ended up having to try to debug VirtualBox. Nothing is working, and I dont have the time to try to fix it. Completely useless.”

“So, they place inaccurate information about the manuals on their website and when you find out that you bought a manual that is of no use to you they suddenly go silent. You will be better off buying elsewhere.”

“They sell professional wiring diagrams but provide a universal PDF that looks like a Haynes workshop manual. I never received the professional electrical diagrams for the airbag system that I needed. I provided the VIN number when ordering, but they provide a universal one that's suitable for multiple models and years. It's not vehicle-specific.”

“I bought a manual for my car on their site. They send me big program for ford cars. My car has missing pictures in it. So I sought help from their support. They tried to help, but apparently thinking is not the strong site of their workers or it is their way to just keep people from refund. I wrote a lot of emails and they replied with completely wrong manuals. For example for different car or engine type. Not helpful at all. After several responds they finally told me they will refund me. I waited a whole month and nothing. So I wrote an email again. The same person replied I talked before Rich. Apparently he doesn't remember our conversation at all and didn't read our email history to try to remember. He refuses refund because he can send me the manual. And still sends the wrong ones. Waste of your time people. Don't buy from them.”

“This just didn't work for me. I attempted to obtain a manual for a 2018 Fortwo 451 Smart Car and purchased the "pen drive" option, as opposed to downloading it online. Delivery was rapid with no complaints but upon arrival I discovered that it is not a "plug and play" process and you first have to download additional software (Virtual Box) before you can read the files. Firewalls on my laptop prevented me from doing this and moreover there are mixed accounts of Virtual Box and the impact that this software has on existing operating systems. emails sent to easymanuals were addressed rapidly but the end result leaves me with what in effect is a circa £34 pen drive and no Smart Car manual. Conclusion? It didn't work for me and left me almost loosing the will to live - I would recommend "proceed with caution" and hope you have more success than I.”

“hi i ordered one of these manuals for my 1991 peugeot j5 campervan,i live in france so thought it would be good to have something in english,,what a load of trash the whole thing is.most of it is written with not much help and direction to do repairs and the photos look like a dog has walked all over them and there is no ink in the copier machine,,the y can even line the pages up in the scanner so it looks a little bit professional,,,never will i suggest to anyone they purchase from these people,,stay away from them a waste of €20..you should return everyones money so you don;t get bad reviews......stephen toft.. France..aka mr unhappy....i would like to add a photo of the clutch pedal photo but it won't let me and you can't even see the clutch pedals because the picture is so black ... cheats cheats cheats”

“Garbage. Purchased software download for a Transit Custom, website says it will run on Mac. It doesnt run on any Mac produced with an Apple chip. Support are unable to offer a solution which works and tells me that an M1 chip on a Mac is unsupported - their workaround does not work so it seems that their Support team is just spinning me on to waste time. I've had to download three separate apps to try to get this to work and it doesnt. Their website does not mention any issue with Macs.”

“I purchased a Manual for downloading for my Mercedes but when the links came they would not download. I contacted them and they6 sent other links and a pdf link that again was very large and I could not download. On telling them about this they have given every reason not to refund which to me is a bit of a bummer when they told me: "We have no issue refunding genuine customers, but what we like to do is to identify a genuine customer." I would have thought all they had to do was to check their payments and see that I had purchased. Maybe one day I might get my money back but at the time of writing, nothing.”

“I purchased a manual for a Citroen ds3 from easymanuals.co.uk I paid £16.99 , they sent me a link to download the file which supposedly had the manual , I tried to download but didn’t get anything ! I emailed the company told them my problem which they said I needed apple mac or a computer with windows god knows what which I didn’t have as I only have an iPhone 13 , so they said they will send me another version in pdf form , it came but was just like a parts catalogue !! It never had anything in it to help like a Haynes manual does , I emailed them again told them my problem again to which they replied with you need the first download we sent you which I couldn’t download because I didn’t have the computer or software to download it !!! I emailed again and they said you will have to work with what I’ve been sent !!! Disgusting response from this company be aware and steer clear !!!!”

“Hi bought a mk2 focus st manual and the downloadable link didn’t work, all I had was a blank screen and it wasn’t in my downloads or my downloaded files on my iPhone 13 Pro or my iPad Pro. As I was having trouble with this I contact the company and asked for advice on how to get the manual that I paid for. They were the most unhelpful, unprofessional company I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Their advice was useless and after a couple of emails backwards and forwards they ended up blocking my email address and refusing to get back to me or offering me a refund. After waiting several days I went to PayPal and opened a case and again the help was useless. I was eventually giving refund and accused of getting having the download and wanting a refund which would be fraud! Absolutely shocking accusations being throwing without any proof and completely unprofessional. Stay away from this company it’s really not worth your time unless you like being insulted.”
