“Where is the index!!! Useless without it!”

“pay for not wasted time searching the manuals on web...now wasted time for try obtain correct manual or my money, because they send a corrupted files and is not possible open, they not reply emails...now open dispute on paypal....absolutely not "easy"”

“This just didn't work for me. I attempted to obtain a manual for a 2018 Fortwo 451 Smart Car and purchased the "pen drive" option, as opposed to downloading it online. Delivery was rapid with no complaints but upon arrival I discovered that it is not a "plug and play" process and you first have to download additional software (Virtual Box) before you can read the files. Firewalls on my laptop prevented me from doing this and moreover there are mixed accounts of Virtual Box and the impact that this software has on existing operating systems. emails sent to easymanuals were addressed rapidly but the end result leaves me with what in effect is a circa £34 pen drive and no Smart Car manual. Conclusion? It didn't work for me and left me almost loosing the will to live - I would recommend "proceed with caution" and hope you have more success than I.”

“hi i ordered one of these manuals for my 1991 peugeot j5 campervan,i live in france so thought it would be good to have something in english,,what a load of trash the whole thing is.most of it is written with not much help and direction to do repairs and the photos look like a dog has walked all over them and there is no ink in the copier machine,,the y can even line the pages up in the scanner so it looks a little bit professional,,,never will i suggest to anyone they purchase from these people,,stay away from them a waste of €20..you should return everyones money so you don;t get bad reviews......stephen toft.. France..aka mr unhappy....i would like to add a photo of the clutch pedal photo but it won't let me and you can't even see the clutch pedals because the picture is so black ... cheats cheats cheats”

“Garbage. Purchased software download for a Transit Custom, website says it will run on Mac. It doesnt run on any Mac produced with an Apple chip. Support are unable to offer a solution which works and tells me that an M1 chip on a Mac is unsupported - their workaround does not work so it seems that their Support team is just spinning me on to waste time. I've had to download three separate apps to try to get this to work and it doesnt. Their website does not mention any issue with Macs.”

“I purchased a Manual for downloading for my Mercedes but when the links came they would not download. I contacted them and they6 sent other links and a pdf link that again was very large and I could not download. On telling them about this they have given every reason not to refund which to me is a bit of a bummer when they told me: "We have no issue refunding genuine customers, but what we like to do is to identify a genuine customer." I would have thought all they had to do was to check their payments and see that I had purchased. Maybe one day I might get my money back but at the time of writing, nothing.”

“I purchased a manual for a Citroen ds3 from easymanuals.co.uk I paid £16.99 , they sent me a link to download the file which supposedly had the manual , I tried to download but didn’t get anything ! I emailed the company told them my problem which they said I needed apple mac or a computer with windows god knows what which I didn’t have as I only have an iPhone 13 , so they said they will send me another version in pdf form , it came but was just like a parts catalogue !! It never had anything in it to help like a Haynes manual does , I emailed them again told them my problem again to which they replied with you need the first download we sent you which I couldn’t download because I didn’t have the computer or software to download it !!! I emailed again and they said you will have to work with what I’ve been sent !!! Disgusting response from this company be aware and steer clear !!!!”

“Ik heb veel installatieprogramma's gezien, maar ik heb geen site als deze gezien. Het werkt niet. We hebben met een verkoper gesproken, maar geen resultaat. Waarom wordt het downloadproces beëindigd? Ik zal hoe dan ook een klacht indienen op deze site en ik zal niemand van deze site adviseren”

“Hi bought a mk2 focus st manual and the downloadable link didn’t work, all I had was a blank screen and it wasn’t in my downloads or my downloaded files on my iPhone 13 Pro or my iPad Pro. As I was having trouble with this I contact the company and asked for advice on how to get the manual that I paid for. They were the most unhelpful, unprofessional company I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Their advice was useless and after a couple of emails backwards and forwards they ended up blocking my email address and refusing to get back to me or offering me a refund. After waiting several days I went to PayPal and opened a case and again the help was useless. I was eventually giving refund and accused of getting having the download and wanting a refund which would be fraud! Absolutely shocking accusations being throwing without any proof and completely unprofessional. Stay away from this company it’s really not worth your time unless you like being insulted.”

“Bloody useless if you run MAC OS forget 10 gig file size but can not access anything other than the You need to install virtual machine… Not a mention of this little pice of information prior to purchase, Not Fit For Purpose…….. Starting charge back”

“Ordered a Ford manual. They say VIN specific. A big lie. I proved them wrong, they did not want to give my money back. Also, these guys are not sending automatic requests for reviews, or even manually. They select the customers, in order to get only positive reviews. That means, the score they have here is fake. Most likely, their score should be under 2 stars. I cannot give them zero..”

“Don't be so surprised, I'm sure you fool many more people. What you have sent me is not personalized for my car, a lot of models are included. In addition, there are hundreds of pages repeated several times. It is a shame that you have charged me triple for the same thing that you would have sent me if I had not chosen the VIN option. I hope your conscience doesn't let you sleep. The only thing left for me is to publish my opinion about you in all the places I can.”

“Bought a Volvo 40V repair manual. Totally useless and wast of money. No specific information on any repair. Any internet forum or YpuTube video delivers better information.”
