“To be frank, I would not purchase anything else from this site, the first manual I ordered was on a USB stick and that took approx 5 weeks to arrive (Iam in Australia) and only arrived after I started to chase them up. Having seen their big claims regarding USB stick VIN manuals on their website I decided to give them a second chance, admittedly I inadvertantly didn't advise them of make and model when ordering the VIN, but sent by return a copy of the build sheet when asked. That really was the last time I had any communication with them except for when I started to chase the order up after several weeks, the reply was that it would be passed to the VIN team for answers, no answers forthcoming and again I chased up after a few days asked for it to be passed to management and otherwise requested a refund, again nothing. In the meantime the mail trail on their support site had some questions of mine removed which I challenged to which I received some nonsensical answer. I must therefore conclude that I will never see the refund requested and that at best the owners of this site are at best extremely inept at what they do and possibly even fraudulent. I would love to be proved wrong. My experience has shown me that the 2 commentary boxes to the left of this review page are just so much hogwash. To finally conclude this extremely poor review I would advise anyone looking for a workshop manual to 'kick this company into touch' and look elsewhere, I have since purchased a manual from another supplier with a very similar name(minus asy) at 40% the price (admittedly not a USB stick) within 24 hours of ordering and all the back up you would need by return.”

“Absolute terrible site, paid £14.99 for a Honda DIESEL 2007-2010 wiring diagram. I received a PETROL version. Wrote 3 emails stating my issue. They replied saying Honda do not do a PDF for that model but they managed to find/change the format and that is what I have. Well I've yet to see a Diesel engine with spark plugs. Complete waste of time and money.”

“A very disappointing experience and extremely poor service. The store promises detailed instructions, graphical illustrations, and essentially everything you would expect to make using the product easier. In reality, you simply receive a PDF containing information that can be found online for free with very little effort. For something presented as an important part of the value of the product, I expected much more. What disappointed me even more, however, was the way they handled my complaint about the product. Instead of a professional approach, understanding, and a genuine effort to resolve the issue, I received a very poor response. Their attitude towards my complaint left a far worse impression than the product itself. If a company makes specific promises about what it provides, I expect those promises to be fulfilled. Even more importantly, I expect a company to treat its customers fairly and professionally when they raise a legitimate complaint. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. I expected professionalism and proper customer service, but instead I was left with the impression that making the sale is their priority and customer satisfaction comes second.”

“I brought a manual in good faith from these people after seeing their sales page specifically for my year of car. It turns out to be a big con, they promised the software cover my car model from 2010 to 2019, which is a lie it went up to 2016 in the sections that had anything at all. they promised I'd have "the same level of information about your Hyundai ix20 that your official dealer has", which is rubbish, whole sections including parts, body repairs, replacements, symptoms. They promised "Every single element of service, repair and maintenance is included in this fully updated workshop manual. From simple service procedures to a full engine rebuild, every procedure is covered with simple step by step illustrated instructions." none of this is true. Do not buy from these con merchants, they take your money and then go silent. And the selection of example pages show on the sellers site look nothing like the 'pages of the part manual they sold. I have included screen grabs of the software showing 'no data' for several sections and a grab of the sales lies on their website.”

“Ordered vin specific manual for £49.99 and got sent manual advertised on website for £14.99. Contacted customer services many times and never had a response. Had to contact card company to raise a dispute, hopefully get money back. Avoid this company they have no customer service and dont care”

“Total garbage. Not compatible with modern pc's. Customer service next to useless with little or no communication. Support tickets deleted before issue resolved and emails not replied to. Chance of a refund I expect to be zero to none!!!!!”

“I ordered a usb stick version for an Audi manual on 24 Feb for $Aust 196.99. Order 363342. Money taken the next day. After a month, I asked for progress. Several fob-off computer generated replies. Then was asked for data for vehicle. Done the next day. No further actual advice as to order. Cancelled order 13 April and asked for a refund. No acknowledgment or comment from EasyManual. I have no idea what went wrong except that Easy Manual has my money and I don't have anything.”

“About a year ago I paid almost €150 for a manual and never received anything — no download, no USB stick, and no response. My easymanuals account suddenly became inaccessible. Most of my inquiries were ignored or met with excuses — if they were answered at all. My request for a refund was refused because the “refund period” had expired. Allegedly it’s not possible to create a manual with my VIN — great. easymanuals? never more...”

“Headline: SCAM WARNING: No delivery, zero support, no refund Review: Do not use this website! I placed order #362611 back on February 12th. I even provided my VIN number as requested, but I have received absolutely nothing in return. I have attempted to contact their support team multiple times, but they refuse to respond. No download link, no product, and no communication. This is completely unacceptable and feels like a scam. I am now initiating a chargeback through my bank. Avoid this company at all costs!”

We have supplied you with your workshop manual. You should perhaps check your junk mail or spam folder, or perhaps the email was rejected because it had a download link in it, we are not sure. “bought a manual consisting of two part, the first part had no problems but second part is corrupted. I have downloaded the file from two indicated sites but the same error occurred, which left me with an incomplete manual. The seller did not offer a solution to this problem. The end result it hat I wasted my money on the product.”

Like ALL our installation guides tell you, the files are linked. You only need to extract part 1 and all the other parts will extract automatically. So that's it, as simple as that. Please check your extracted folder.

“Bought this manual thinking it would be okay for my 2.0L HDI 2016 Van. The manual covers the 2.2L and the 3.0L. No mention of this at point of sale. No section relating to the cooling system, maybe the 2.2L & 3.0L don't have one :) Very poorly written manual. Images are poor. Certainly not written by a technical author, last manual I'll waste my money on.”
