“I accidentally ordered the wrong manual at first, but the customer service team at easymanuals were absolutely brilliant. They sorted it out straight away and even upgraded me for free to a massive selection of manuals. My car is a bit of an oddball and extremely unique, so there were still a few bits of information missing — but to be fair, most resources struggle with this model. Everything else I needed was covered in great detail, and the overall package was far better than I expected. Top-notch service, quick support, and a very comprehensive library. Highly recommended.”

“My first purchase and I purchased a manual and downloaded the product only to realise I had a file I was going to need a Windows computer to open it on. So I dusted off my 10 year old laptop,loaded the VM, and had a few problems getting it to run. I emailed them about it and they were ready to help make it work so fast and positively that I was surprised. If you are a person who repairs cars or trucks as I do and you don't have a $200 a month subscription to Alldata or Mitchell, you need to check these guys out. Forget the pdf's you'll be glad you did. I work as a mechanic, and what I purchased was the manufacturers information and procedures for the entire line of trucks covering 8 years in every configuration, engine and transmission. I've ordered a brand new laptop, as I'm going to be using this service quite a bit.”

Literally the same as is available to dealer technicians.  Recently I emailed and informed of an issue and they responded the same day. Within two business days they provided me with an updated copy of the manual I purchased, which includes the images that were previously missing.  In other words, not only does this company provide quality materials... They also BACK their product and made sure my issue was taken care of. “My experience went astoundingly well! I got the download link within 12 hours, and it seamlessly downloaded in less than a minute directly to my computer. I felt very safe through the whole process unlike the two other sites I had tried to grab cheaper versions from. Even my antivirus program gave each step a clean bill of health. The embedded bookmark links make the manual quick and easy to use. I had tried 2 other cheaper locations for this repair manual and wasted my money at both. One made me use a virtual machine to see the manual, and I could not print from there, plus concerns about security through their VM. The other I never even got a workable file. So I wasted £30 with them, and half a day cleaning up my computer from the debris they had sent. Stick with easymanuals and go for the custom manual.”
