“I ordered a service manual for 2015 Ford Transit Connect. If you have a M1 or later Mac, you cannot use Parallels or VMWare Fusion for this. I beat my brains out and then reached out in desperation. They quickly sent me a .pdf file for the service manual. It's very good with all torque values, which is what I wanted most. Definitely a great price for what you get. That includes a safe, secure online interaction.”

“Where to start. Thought I had been scammed when the manual I got needed all kinds of software to use and was lots of downloads, I fired off a heated email to Jim in support and was calmed down quickly, offered an alternative PDF manual and it is perfect for my needs. I am sure a more technical person would benefit from the software manual but for me the PDF is great, so anyone second guessing using them, just ask and they are really helpful.”
