“Took over an hour to download. Had to download another app to extract the files. Still unable to read the files. Ridiculously complicated and time consuming for no result. Sent a query for help. No reply to date. I did the download path, unaware there was a time limit on access and how many times the file could be accessed”

“impossible to open, there is nothing easy about it. The numerous files that you have to try and download just to run the manual will not open on windows 10. If you try to download the files you get a pop-up box that tells you windows will not open these files because they are a security risk and may also damage your computer. I would not recommend these manuals to anyone, don,t bother look elsewhere.”

“Spent a whole office day fumbling around on our computer to accommodate an Instant Download WinRAR compressed set of files. After a near 12GB of files, I moved them to our Network Attached Storage box, then downloaded both WinRAR and VMWare applications. Upon extraction, the VMWare couldn't read or open the files, which were nearing 35GB expanded. This is complex stuff and ridiculous amounts of effort for a so called 'easymanual'. Now I am requesting my $26 CDN back and on goes the persuit to find a Volvo manual. Heck, I could have ordered something paperback from AMAZON or eBay!!! I would definitely caution anyone else considering this archaic method of downloads. Dave”

“9 Days after placing my order and 6 days after providing the necessary identifiers I still do not have my manual. If you call you just get a recorded message. Email response is slow and, recently, non-existent. Starting to think the whole thing is just a con.”

“It was supposed to be PDF format but after download found out it requires VMware Fusion which is extra COST and also requires lots of time and effort. Not good!”

“I was very disappointed in that the reason I purchased this manual was to repair an electrical issue concerning the engine as is most commonly required of workshop manuals. Instead I received 3000 pages of completly useless information of how to remove components mostly concerning unpopular models of this vehicle. There was no useful information regarding faultfinding of any of the common faults. This was a complete waste of money and my time.”
