Absolutely disgusted with both service and communication.
I have an apple pc the manual was Microsoft
I bought a microsoft tablet solely to run the manual
The manual would not load and customer services kept saying they would help but could not be contacted
Eventually they said they would refund the cost I am still waiting (refund suggested on 3.12.2020)
I had the memory stick checked by a computer guy and he said that it was not possible to load the information from the stick
Be aware that this is not a company to be trusted
