“Managed to download the virtual edition of ''repair manual'' but it didn't cover the needs I want. The manual is not organised for repair. It is just show you a part list. It is not worth any euro I payed. People don't buy here.”

“Managed to download the PDF edition of ''repair manual'' but it didn't cover the jobs I wanted to carry out. The manual is not well organised or referenced. Basic lay out is amateurish to say the least. Money down the drain. WILL NEVER PURCHASE from here again.”

“Crappy company & support. If you have issues with their downloads they offer no support or any willingness to return your payment, or even exchange. There are much better companies out there that are easier to deal with & will return your money no questions asked. Keep shopping!!!”

“I bought an online version of a workshop manual but found it would take days to download. So, in addition, I purchased a usb memory stick version which came with “Vmware player” necessary to access the manual. Unfortunately, the Vmware refused to load to my computer and I therefore could not access the workshop manual. A help request was answered promptly but the advice was to load the Vmware player and try again, which of course was impossible. Further requests for help have been ignored, as has the request for a refund. So two weeks after my purchase I still do not have a usable copy of the workshop manual for which I have paid £42.93 and the ticket requesting help is still open and marked NORMAL priority!!!!!. Easily the worst online customer service I have ever experienced.”

“I had read that many of the easymanuals where pdf files but without being able to varify that info I purchased my manual. It was not pdf and although I received help that perhaps should have been enough to get the files readable on a mac, that did not happen. If you have a mac and are thinking you can down load and read, it did not happen for me. I gave up and wrote it off as a loss.”

“Slower than expected arriving but my real concern is that the product isnt working and I CANNOT get any response from Easymanuals. I bought the Ultimate Vauxhall discs and cannot open any part except technical bulletins. The Easymanuals online dashboartd/help section does not work and my emails have not managed to get a response after 2 weeks.”

“I ordered a dvd manual for my ford focus 2012 1.6 ecoboost but it was to complicated for me to load it is not suitable for some one with just average computer knowledge, so I then ordered a usb manual and tried many times to load it but the computer would just freeze, I then contacted easy manuals again and they said they would send it on a pdf file, when I received it 1.6 ecoboost was not covered just 1.5 ecoboost and duratec, so ive paid for nothing complete waste of money I have give up with it easymanuals?”
