“I had read that many of the easymanuals where pdf files but without being able to varify that info I purchased my manual. It was not pdf and although I received help that perhaps should have been enough to get the files readable on a mac, that did not happen. If you have a mac and are thinking you can down load and read, it did not happen for me. I gave up and wrote it off as a loss.”

“Slower than expected arriving but my real concern is that the product isnt working and I CANNOT get any response from Easymanuals. I bought the Ultimate Vauxhall discs and cannot open any part except technical bulletins. The Easymanuals online dashboartd/help section does not work and my emails have not managed to get a response after 2 weeks.”

“I ordered a dvd manual for my ford focus 2012 1.6 ecoboost but it was to complicated for me to load it is not suitable for some one with just average computer knowledge, so I then ordered a usb manual and tried many times to load it but the computer would just freeze, I then contacted easy manuals again and they said they would send it on a pdf file, when I received it 1.6 ecoboost was not covered just 1.5 ecoboost and duratec, so ive paid for nothing complete waste of money I have give up with it easymanuals?”

“paid good money for a down load tried to down load failed each time contated them a few times could not resolve and was told I would need to purchase a preloaded USB. So I asked for a refund and when credited the refund I would purchase the USB. still waiting so I am now looking at my Visa company to get a refund, more Hassel. They are now not getting another order from me”

“Paid good money received poor product. Much communication not resolved. Ask refund 4 times nothing. Oh 'Rich' negative feedback is not a threat as positive feedback is not a reward. It is a statement of truth. You may be a wiz on the PC but have not looked at this issue from my side, the Customer! losing £15 will not break me and suggesting that Vauxhall don't make manual's for the benefit of 'Nigel' Moi' is very patronising. Fact is I served an apprenticeship with Vauxhall when I was 15 back in 1975, I guess that was some time before you graced us with your presence. I didn't find it so hard to use then however it was on Microfiche. If you're not sure what that is ask 'Alexa'. Buyer beware!”

“I don’t wish to get personal however we purchased a complete VW 2007 2lt TDI manual,series 5 Jetta with a BDK series motor I also provided the vehicle vin...we had several attempts to download the manual only to receive the wrong manual.we requested a USB stick and did not even receive a reply.....not at all happy,I hope I have to retract this review”

“I’m very disappointed that the download version is not available in PDF ! This version with all this installation of a vitual machine to go back to window XP is not practical and simply unusable, the time I lost to get access to the file is simply out of common sense ! And not usable when you need the info on the job !”
