“I bought the manual for the range rover 2002-2008, unfortunately it is up to 2005. I need it for 2007 and there is not even 3.6 v8 engine. Do not help me with anything.”

“Ordered a manual with VIN that they say "This service is labour intensive and so we aim to deliver your unique customised manual within 24 hours. Dependant on the vehicle specification and vehicle manufacturer this may be a lot sooner or on very rare occasions a few hours longer. " It has already taken three working days and the order is still in state Processing. I made a ticket and got no answer.”

“Bad product, Even worse service. Ordered a q5 manual that came in 69 separate files for various models. Was unable to locate any of the info I needed. Customer service was a disgrace. Stated that they had forwarded my refund request to a manager, but the ticket was closed without action. Made a 2nd query and received no response after 3 weeks. They're obviously ignoring me so I will now leave reviews wherever I can to help people avoid this terrible site.”

Hi This is a little bit unfair. The manual is a full PDF manual that covers a number of vehicle years, engines and gearboxes. So, rather than have a single PDF file with tens of thousands of pages, the manual is split into sections so, there will be a powertrain manual for each engine, and a manual for each gearbox. So you simply delete or disregard the files you don't need. There are also wiring manuals that cover different vehicle years, all making it easier to navigate the manual.

“I purchased what was advertised as Ford Kuga MK2 PDF Workshop Service & Repair Manual 2012-2018. The downloaded manual was for a Ford Escape (the US version of the Kuga) which is similiar but not the same so not much use as a workshop manual. I was then offered an electronic manual (a Ford ETIS webserver running under a virtual machine). This give some information but no access to wiring diagrams etc. Better than nothing but still not great. Fortunately I purchased at a reduced price but still £11 wasted I think.”

Hi We are sorry you are not happy with the manual. We don't actually write the manuals, this is done by the vehicle manufacturer so all we can do is supply you with the official workshop manual and do our best customer service wise, which I think your review shows you are happy with. We can usually explore getting a different manual if you give us the chance but it is a little unfair giving us a 1 star review when we haven't really done anything wrong.

“I ordered a download for Citreon Relay 2004 service and repair. WHAT DID I GET!!!!!!!! not what was illustrated. I got Virtual Machine software, which created a huge download. The Virtual Machine runs Windows XP ( an antique OS) My machine is a fast Dell with lots of ram but this VM is soooooo slowwww. Then the actual manual is infact a huge database of overly technical data. I just wanted a simple service and repair (Haynes Manual like) as was illustrated on the purchase page. sorry but what i ended up with could cause NASA problems. BAD BAD BAD I generally do not give reviews. Only of instances where a product is superb, or in this case a total sham. I cannot put into words how deeply disapointed in this site. Of course they could come back to me and show me i made a mistake. I could well have downloaded the manuals for the space shuttle from NASA.”

We do not write the manuals the car manufactures do and they tend to make better cars than workshop manuals. Usually we can offer you an alternative solution. I think this is a case of shooting the messenger. Please get in touch and we will see what we can do.

“Sadly whilst there is a manual in here somewhere, the downloaded file is MANY Gbs in size, a nightmare on a slow or metered connection. Its all PDFs so basically pictures and hard to navigate. The manual document covers a whole range of vehicles so its hard to find anything relevant. And to top it all, you cant look at anything at ALL until youve downloaded a programme which basicaly sandboxes a version of windows XP (yes, XP!!) on your computer which then allows you to open the PDF. V poor the could have at least made it into a PDF you could read with up to date software and computers. Never using again.”

“The software initially fail to load. I did get help on how to down load a file some 12 gig in size. After getting to run the screen shots were so small in print it was eligible. I ended up removing it. Waste of money.”
