paid good money for a down load tried to down load failed each time contated them a few times could not resolve and was told I would need to purchase a preloaded USB. So I asked for a refund and when credited the refund I would purchase the USB. still waiting so I am now looking at my Visa company to get a refund, more Hassel. They are now not getting another order from me
