The download does NOT indicate the multiple steps needed to download the file, unarchive it, go get a utility software, download that, get a key for the software to work, then run the downloaded files (RAR) through an unarchiver, then through the utility in order to be useful. Aboslutley the WORST system I have ever seen for what the use basically needs...a document file. Haven't you ever head of a PDF file? the whole world is using them. Look it up.
