“The PDF custom manual was provide via an email link about 5 days after purchase but that the timing was of purchase was at the weekend and so normal delivery is likely to be faster. The PDF provided worked well in Acrobat Reader on both Mac and iPad. The manual is very detailed and covers both gas and diesel versions. It appears to be an official OEM Audi manual. Very happy with the purchase.”

“My Kia Venga developed transmission problems. I often find helpful tips on YouTube but in this case I could not find any. Transmission shops see you coming a mile away and I dread the thought of using one. Their charges are nauseatingly high. The repair manuals available at the auto parts stores do not cover transmission trouble shooting very well. The manual I obtained from easymanuals saved me thousands of dollars in diagnosis and repairs at a repair shop. Repairs are relatively easy once you know the problem. The manual allowed me to troubleshoot the transmission and make the necessary repairs myself. The manual covers every detail of the vehicle. I hope I don't need it often but having it gives me peace of mind. One thing to add I reached out to easymanuals and asked them to confirm the transmission was covered before the sale and they happily sent me a screenshot to show me.”

“After my purchase the file I initially downloaded did not work correctly. I could not see the table of contents and all the hyperlinks did not work. I thought I had gotten ripped off. Surprisingly the easymanuals folks responded to my messages and after a few exchanges they sent me another link for a file that works just as advertised. I initially was going to give a one star review but after this experience I am happy they stood by their product and worked with me till the issue was resolved. Five Stars from Me!”

“I am glad I bought the manual it is a complete set of documents and has told me everything I need to know more than the owners manual will, especially about changing fluids that are not just the engine oil such as the transmission and what not which are very important to maintain not just for warranty but the longevity of the vehicle are use this vehicle to go to my job to make a money with and other places very important it stays on the road and I do not rely on others to take care of my equipment the only time I will ever go to a dealership is for warranty work such as a technical service bulletin a recall or something else of that nature that they have to take care of for it to be covered other than that I do it all myself. With this manual I will be in a good positing to maintain my vehicle myself.”

“I am very pleased with my purchase from easymanuals. I ordered a factory repair manual for my new Subaru Outback. The manual was available for instant download and there was no problem downloading, or with Paypal payment. I got a repair manual and two owners manuals all in a single pdf file. The bookmark feature of Acrobat Reader allowed easy navigation throughout the manual. The quality of the repair manual is excellent. Resolution of the text and images is good. The price is good value based on my recent experience of attempting to download a factory manual after subscribing to the factory tech info website was a nightmare. When I got a Toyota, I bought a 1 day subscription to the Toyota website for £20 and downloaded the service manual. I had to download over 3,500 pdf files, one at a time. Ultimately I got a usable manual, but it is very difficult to use. £20 sounds cheap but the download took hours and hours and hours and the result is difficult to use. For Subaru, the three day subscription was £50 and I understand that the subscription doesn't even get you files, everything is HTML. So I decided to take a chance with easymanuals and I'm glad I did, for me it was well worth the cost.”

“I was skeptical as most probably you are if you are reading a review site, but the old days of repair books or binders are gone and I needed a solid solution that isn't going to cost the earth but also reliable like the OEM Manuals. I read about easymanuals on the forums and they had positive feedback and someone posted screenshots of what he had received that actually looked like from a digital OEM manual. So for the price, I tried it thinking worst case I don't lose much.  It is a simple process to order the custom made manual and within 2 days, I received my file. Upon opening it is in PDF format and works with indexing features and thankfully as this extensive pdf around 10,000 pages! It is extremely detailed, and appears as if it was sourced through OEM channels. To the potential guys on the fence, please give it a try. They is your VIN so the manual is specifically detailed to your vehicle. Brilliant.”

“The level of customer service I experienced was exceptional. I lost access to my manual due to a corrupted file, the response was immediate and my replacement was handled quickly and professionally.  The manual itself has proven to be an invaluable resource. “Total garbage. Not compatible with modern pc's. Customer service next to useless with little or no communication. Support tickets deleted before issue resolved and emails not replied to. Chance of a refund I expect to be zero to none!!!!!”

“I ordered a usb stick version for an Audi manual on 24 Feb for $Aust 196.99. Order 363342. Money taken the next day. After a month, I asked for progress. Several fob-off computer generated replies. Then was asked for data for vehicle. Done the next day. No further actual advice as to order. Cancelled order 13 April and asked for a refund. No acknowledgment or comment from EasyManual. I have no idea what went wrong except that Easy Manual has my money and I don't have anything.”
