“These guys were much better than emanualonline which I had the misfortune of buying a factory manaul fomr theme first, total waste of time. Having already wasted spend there I was extra careful with easymanuals and they answered all my questions before the sale and a special thank you to Jim who was on whatsapp a lot with me. They are now my 1st choice for repair manuals.”

“First of all I would like to apologize to easymanuals, I have left them a couple of bad reviews and put in a paypal dispute for what I thought was scam, when it is not. I have promised the company I would update or change my reviews to reflect this. The fact is, I ordered a Hyundai i10 workshop manual from easymanuals and to cut a long story short the delivery of the manual went into my spam folder. Of course I didn't now this and kicked off, so I feel very sheppish and again offer my aplogies to easymanuals. They are an upstanding company and were very kind to me even though I was literally shouting at them! A classy operation.”

“I ordered a unique Costom Factory manual for my Land Rover Defender, it took a little longer than expected but I was informed of the delay early on and it is the festive season. “Bought this manual thinking it would be okay for my 2.0L HDI 2016 Van. The manual covers the 2.2L and the 3.0L. No mention of this at point of sale. No section relating to the cooling system, maybe the 2.2L & 3.0L don't have one :) Very poorly written manual. Images are poor. Certainly not written by a technical author, last manual I'll waste my money on.”

“It is simple. I paid 66€ for a presumed workshop manual from VIN, but one week later, nothing is delivered to me. The custom support just apologize for my several tickets but don't give me any explication. I asked for my money back, they ignored me. AVOID”

“I ordered an Astra H manual, but they provided a corrupted .rar file. Then they sent another link to an .ova file, however the application doesn’t work inside the virtual machine. After that, they gave me a PDF manual, which I could download for free elsewhere. Customer support doesn’t read what I’m trying to explain and just keeps sending template responses.”

“I have searched for years trying to find a shop manual in PDF file format and have only managed to download the virtual machine versions of the WIS/EPC :0(. I stumbled upon easymanuals.com and purchased the manual for my EMB E320 W211 and was pleasantly surprised to find a searchable PDF document that was actually useful and informative :0).
