“i was initially very disapointed as you need to download a virtual machine, with poor performance, and then try to fing your way in official Mercedes documentation tool. Then it's not possible to use it on multiple support, impossible to print... unusable for me. I sent them an email about it, and they sent me back the documentation in a big pdf file (5000 pages, 350MB), and this is exactly what I was looking for. thank you”

“So, they place inaccurate information about the manuals on their website and when you find out that you bought a manual that is of no use to you they suddenly go silent. You will be better off buying elsewhere.”

“it's not a pdf as expected, but a huge software (10s of GB!)to install. This install a virtual machine, known for it instability and security vulnerability. I cannot use it in the workshop, ans cannot print. It's completely useless, and not a guide for people outside of Mercedes workshop as it refer to Mercedes tooling (to be confirmed)”

“They sell professional wiring diagrams but provide a universal PDF that looks like a Haynes workshop manual. I never received the professional electrical diagrams for the airbag system that I needed. I provided the VIN number when ordering, but they provide a universal one that's suitable for multiple models and years. It's not vehicle-specific.”
