“I ordered a workshop manual but it didn't cover exactly what I was looking for. I explained what I was looking for and was sent two more links until I found what I was looking for. They didn't have to do that , especially without asking for payment. I am very happy with the service and communication. When I need another manual ,this is where I'm going.”

“The level of customer service I experienced was exceptional. I lost access to my manual due to a corrupted file, the response was immediate and my replacement was handled quickly and professionally.  The manual itself has proven to be an invaluable resource. It provides comprehensive information for both general maintenance and more involved repairs, which has been critical for my relatively new vehicle that already has high mileage and is no longer under warranty.  Today’s vehicles are increasingly complex, but with this manual and a solid foundation of mechanical knowledge, it gives you the confidence and capability to take on repairs yourself—saving a significant amount of money compared to going to a shop. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking to better understand their car.”

“Total garbage. Not compatible with modern pc's. Customer service next to useless with little or no communication. Support tickets deleted before issue resolved and emails not replied to. Chance of a refund I expect to be zero to none!!!!!”

“I ordered a usb stick version for an Audi manual on 24 Feb for $Aust 196.99. Order 363342. Money taken the next day. After a month, I asked for progress. Several fob-off computer generated replies. Then was asked for data for vehicle. Done the next day. No further actual advice as to order. Cancelled order 13 April and asked for a refund. No acknowledgment or comment from EasyManual. I have no idea what went wrong except that Easy Manual has my money and I don't have anything.”
