The customer service is brilliant, they provided service throughout the day and I got everything up and running within a hours time. Just because I am a novice in computers does not mean I cannot do it on my own. With some help I had my manual ready to use in no time, thanks all goes to Kevin who helped with the remote session, thank you my friend.
