The staff were fabulous and I really liked the concept. The fact that I do not need a book which can get dirty and have it straight off my computer whenever I want, I loved the idea of this. The staff was very attentive to my needs and took care to explain each step of the way of how to view and install the manual, also the agent I dealt with left tips and ideas. Loved the experience.
