I've used easymanuals a couple of times and ran into trouble mostly of my own doing (failing to follow directions, etc). I contacted customer support via a 'ticket' and received a response within minutes, completely satisfied and impressed by the effort by the support and competence of their personnel. I'll return first to this site for my next manual!
