Hi bought a mk2 focus st manual and the downloadable link didn’t work, all I had was a blank screen and it wasn’t in my downloads or my downloaded files on my iPhone 13 Pro or my iPad Pro. As I was having trouble with this I contact the company and asked for advice on how to get the manual that I paid for. They were the most unhelpful, unprofessional company I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Their advice was useless and after a couple of emails backwards and forwards they ended up blocking my email address and refusing to get back to me or offering me a refund. After waiting several days I went to PayPal and opened a case and again the help was useless. I was eventually giving refund and accused of getting having the download and wanting a refund which would be fraud! Absolutely shocking accusations being throwing without any proof and completely unprofessional. Stay away from this company it’s really not worth your time unless you like being insulted.
