I purchased a manual for a Citroen ds3 from easymanuals.co.uk I paid £16.99 , they sent me a link to download the file which supposedly had the manual , I tried to download but didn’t get anything ! I emailed the company told them my problem which they said I needed apple mac or a computer with windows god knows what which I didn’t have as I only have an iPhone 13 , so they said they will send me another version in pdf form , it came but was just like a parts catalogue !! It never had anything in it to help like a Haynes manual does , I emailed them again told them my problem again to which they replied with you need the first download we sent you which I couldn’t download because I didn’t have the computer or software to download it !!! I emailed again and they said you will have to work with what I’ve been sent !!! Disgusting response from this company be aware and steer clear !!!!
