I purchased a Manual for downloading for my Mercedes but when the links came they would not download. I contacted them and they6 sent other links and a pdf link that again was very large and I could not download. On telling them about this they have given every reason not to refund which to me is a bit of a bummer when they told me: "We have no issue refunding genuine customers, but what we like to do is to identify a genuine customer." I would have thought all they had to do was to check their payments and see that I had purchased. Maybe one day I might get my money back but at the time of writing, nothing.
