This just didn't work for me. I attempted to obtain a manual for a 2018 Fortwo 451 Smart Car and purchased the "pen drive" option, as opposed to downloading it online. Delivery was rapid with no complaints but upon arrival I discovered that it is not a "plug and play" process and you first have to download additional software (Virtual Box) before you can read the files. Firewalls on my laptop prevented me from doing this and moreover there are mixed accounts of Virtual Box and the impact that this software has on existing operating systems. emails sent to easymanuals were addressed rapidly but the end result leaves me with what in effect is a circa £34 pen drive and no Smart Car manual. Conclusion? It didn't work for me and left me almost loosing the will to live - I would recommend "proceed with caution" and hope you have more success than I.
