It's about the price you pay and the product you get. And for the price, the amount of information is massive! I'm restoring a 1963 Jaguar MK2 so not always that easy to get. Initially I couldn't open the manual (due to my own fault by the way!). I emailed the guys at easymanuals and they took me through the process step by step, even offering a remote one-on-one session to walk through my issue. I figured out my the mistake I made before our appointment so it wasn't necessary. Personally I don't care if they don't have a 24/7 call centre, you can't expect that for what you're paying. But if you happen to run into an issue, they won't stop until it's solved. Even if I'm the one creating the problem lol. Personally I don't believe the stories about the slow service. I received almost immediate responses to my emails. Oh and before I forget, I LOVE the parts manual and maintenance information I've been searching for so long!
