I bought a manual for my car on their site. They send me big program for ford cars. My car has missing pictures in it. So I sought help from their support. They tried to help, but apparently thinking is not the strong site of their workers or it is their way to just keep people from refund. I wrote a lot of emails and they replied with completely wrong manuals. For example for different car or engine type. Not helpful at all. After several responds they finally told me they will refund me. I waited a whole month and nothing. So I wrote an email again. The same person replied I talked before Rich. Apparently he doesn't remember our conversation at all and didn't read our email history to try to remember. He refuses refund because he can send me the manual. And still sends the wrong ones. Waste of your time people. Don't buy from them.
