I rang on Thursday 12/10/23 and you informed me that the tyre will be shipped by Friday 13/10, now this message says that it will take another two days to process and ship.  This is completely unacceptable, when I paid for the tyre on the 10/12 the transaction was immediately approved, the website stated that the tyre was in stock AND further to this I rang the previous Friday confirming that the tyre was in Brisbane in stock.  Surely there needs to be a check in place that when you take a client's money the item needs to be picked and shipped immediately.
