“I ordered a matching pair of front and rear tyres. Received an email saying they didn't have one of the tyres and they would refund me. Emailed back to make sure they would be refunding for both tyres, because one is useless without the other. No response. Received email saying that the one tyre had been dispatched. Ordered the other tyre from a different seller. Received that tyre a couple of days later. Emailed EasyR telling them that I had ordered a tyre from another seller so they didn't need to take any more action besides refunding me for the tyre they didn't have. No response. Received email saying that the tyre from EasyR had been delivered. Checked tracking information. Had been delivered to some other random address, not even in my state. Called them about it (good conversation) and was told I'd get a call back the next day. No call came. Phoned them back (another good conversation) and asked for them to just send me a new tyre and sort out their postage error without me having to be involved. Received email saying that that tyre had been dispatched. Tracking says it will be delivered today, 18 days after original order. Fingers crossed. 2 stars because the communication on the phone was good.”
“The only option is to deposit money and watch as it increases in value, but if you do that, you will never be able to withdraw any, and your account will be blocked. Their customer service never answers, and you keep receiving notifications about your account activity. TONELIMITED: I received my money back from them, and I will never return there again. “Purchased new DriRider Jacket online. After approx 2 months of normal use zip was playing up. Contacted customer service and emailed images of faulty zip. Was advised it would be covered under warranty. Posted jacket back to them. After approximately four weeks received e-mail that my claim was rejected! Called them for an explanation why claim was rejected, this was their reply;
"This does not appear to be a manufacturing fault therefore is not covered under warranty. It looks like the Jacket has been rested against something hot (perhaps the exhaust) which has caused damage to the zipper teeth."
I ride a Harley, was I lying under the Bike for the exhaust to damage the zip? Another two has passed still no jacket, called reply was we are trying to get a quote to replace zip at my cost! Not good enough. 6 weeks latter I'm out $400! Left with a jacket with a faulty zip. Would not recommended this on-line store to anyone!”
“Order a helmet online with the dispatch terms of 3-5 days. Never received the helmet after weeks of waiting and questioning my order, and still trying to get my payment refunded. My firm advice is to shop elsewhere.”

A Helmet and visor, they shipped only the visor and paid express shopping, then getting a email only after I've received one item saying that the "helmet isn't available and it won't be and they don't know when it will come back in stock" (AGV K1 White ML) if you create the problem by not having the right amount of items in your stock isn't the costumer fault. Now I have to waist time to riorganize the ship back of a visor that...oh I can't use because I don't have the helmet for it. What a waist of time. Email them back different times still no reply. “I rang on Thursday 12/10/23 and you informed me that the tyre will be shipped by Friday 13/10, now this message says that it will take another two days to process and ship.
This is completely unacceptable, when I paid for the tyre on the 10/12 the transaction was immediately approved, the website stated that the tyre was in stock AND further to this I rang the previous Friday confirming that the tyre was in Brisbane in stock.
Surely there needs to be a check in place that when you take a client's money the item needs to be picked and shipped immediately.”
“Excellent Customer service from Conner, had an issue with a part missing from my order , he was super easy to talk to and very helpful with my issue , the pads i ordered got separated from the tyres i ordered , no ones fault, the truck driver found them in the delivery truck at his next delivery and brought the pads straight back to me so no real problems, again excellent service from easyr and startrack the delivery company”

“Horrible company. Spent $160 on a tiny PSI gauge designed to fit Harley Touring. It was busted. I emailed them and they replied the next day. They asked for me to send it back and they said they would send me a replacement. The replacement came and it was also busted. But strangely enough it was busted the exact same way and looking at the original photos I sent them, it was the exact gauge I sent them. The Teflon was sticking out of the threaded parts exactly the same!!!
I emailed them back showing them it was the same gauge and they haven't replied shock horror.”

“Customer service was terrible. Waited 8 days for a pair of gloves to be dispatched after paying the extra fee for “express delivery”. Once I realised these weren’t going to arrive in a timely manner I tried to contact them to cancel the express delivery (as there is no point when it takes a week to simply “process” an order prior to evening reaching dispatch) they were smug and rude when I got to speak to someone initially then non responsive after that when I tried getting a refund. Wouldn’t answer phone messages, call back or reply to an email. Worst customer service I have ever encountered!”
