https://easyrentbulgaria.bg/ (also known as easyrent, easy rent) have a fleet of aging vehivcles. I rented the lowest-priced car in summer of 2022. The Fiant Punto was beaten up on the outside, good on the inside; it showed a "check engine" light on the 1st day. After a lot of arguing I got them convinced to replace it. They gave me a Renault Cleo. The key card failed on the 10th day, without me dropping it or bending it. I waited 14! hours for a locksmith to come and repair it; no replacement car was available. In addition, the left back door wasn't opening, the wipers were not working right, the AC was weak. The worst thing was the customer support: the rental papers listed 2 cell phone numbers. Out of about 80 calls they picked up 3 times. At the end they told me they have a landline phone that is more reliable and that I can find it on their web site. I wish I knew this earlier; I spent hours on the phone, trying to reach them. Will never rent from them again!
