Колата която ми дадоха беше тончно стара и разбичкана, платих си пълна застрахова на колата ако нещо се случи дами върнат депозита вече чакам три месеца да ми го върнат и се обаждам и те ми излизат с номера че съм върнал колата повредима самата кола беше разбичкана по време на движение малкия спойлер който е до гумата се откачи по време на движение по магистралата това беше само но вината не е била моя самия агент ми каза че имало и преди проблеми.
Аз ги питах защо ми задържат депозита като съм платил пълна застраховак те ми казват че на врата е била одарена и трябва да има полицейски портокол и аз им обеснявам че не съм имал никакви инциденти как да имам портокол и така платих си пълна застроховка и пак не връщата депозита”

“Reserveer alstublieft niet bij deze verhuurder! Het zijn grote oplichters!!
Ik moest bij aankomst het dubbele depot betalen (1000 euro). Kreeg een auto, afgetrapte auto met veel schade en een alarmlichtje brandend.
Bij teruggave werd ik lang aan het lijntje gehouden, waardoor ik wel ongezien moest tekenen op het ontvangstformulier, om mijn vlucht niet te missen.
Resultaat: ik kreeg mijn deponeerde niet terug, want er zat geen reservewiel meer in.
Deze had er echter nooit in gezeten. En dan nog: een reservewiel van 1000 euro?
Op mijn mailtjes werd niet gereageerd. Op mijn telefoontjes ook niet. Er werd gezegd: je krijgt niets terug, niet zeuren.
Ook de verzekeringsmaatschappij waar ik de auto bij verzekerd had (rentalcover) heeft diverse keren geprobeerd de reparatiestatus te krijgen. Niet gelukt. Bij mijn laatste telefoongesprek werd doodleuk gemeld dat niets meer mogelijk was omdat de auto al verkocht was.
Ik ben dus opgelicht voor 1000 euro!!!
Ga svp naar een andere verhuurder. Ik hoop dat niemand nog door deze schurken opgelicht kan worden.”

À la récupérations du véhicule nous avons pris photos et vidéos attestant de l'état de la Ford focus en mauvais état
Nous avons donné une empreinte cb pour la caution de 800 euros environ.
À la restitution aucun état des lieux n'a été fait.
Nous venons de recevoir un mail nous disant que la caution ne serait pas restituée et ils nous ont re prélevé 800euros (environ la même somme) pour des dommages. Notre banque et nous même ne savons pas comment ils ont pu prélever une autre somme.
Nous les avons joint au telephone ce jour.
Ils disent que des dommages ont été causés sur un côté du véhicule sans plus de détail ou de photos.
Nous attestons sur l'honneur ne pas avoir eu d'accidents ou causé de dommages.
Nous sommes en procédure de litige et de remboursement avec notre banque.
