“Advice for everyone. Always book with your credit cards, not debit. It will save you loads of time and effort to retrieve your money back. :)
I would definitely not book with them for the future and would not recommend them to anyone. First of all they made us book another car through them, as our flight was delayed by saying that rentalcars.com cancelled our initial reservation on their behalf, taking advantage of the fact we were at the airport 9hrs later than scheduled, and we were very tired. Even though I called as soon we knew we will be late for the booking and they said there is nothing to worry about and our car will be waiting for us at the airport, despite the delay. After calling the website (rentalcars) a few days later, we got to know that we could have actually proceeded with the original booking if only we got in touch with them directly, and not through easyrent. Conveniently enough (for the latter) they did not tell us that. After the car was returned, the man who took the keys from me, confirming no damage was done, said I will be receiving my 400lv deposit soon. After 5 days, I called them and they said it takes around 20 days. After 20 more days I called them and they said that there was a speeding ticket on my name which was why I got delayed. On top of that fee, they came up with the another 59 bgn for some admin fee or whatever. Obviously, I am not disputing the speeding ticket, 50lv, which was my fault, but:
1. As a provider, aren't you supposed to give your customers a call and inform them about stuff like that? Or at least a message?
2. I can bet that if I never called that deposit would have been gone forever. BTW, I still haven't received any of it.
3. When I asked if I can get a receipt for that 59lv fee they mentioned, I got no answer. I only was given a blurry photo of our contract, barely readable.
4. When I checked the TollPass website it said nothing about tickets or fines for that vehicle. Dunno, might have been paid already, but then again, as a customer, am I not supposed to receive a receipt for things like that? Isn't that my money in the end?
5. Not to mention my phone bill.
I am definitely using another provider for my next trip.
P.S: The man who took the keys back, had the insolence to ask me to leave them a positive response as well. Well, I believe 1 star is more than enough, as it is sadly not possible to leave 0.
P.s 2. I wonder how many of the positive responses here are real, and how many were done by their friends and families. After reading the negative comments..well, up to you to decide really. I just hope to receive at least some of my money back.

“КРАДЦИ и ЛЪЖЦИ. Никога не взимайте кола от тази фирма. Взеха депозит от 600€.Колата която наехме имаше птп - одрана броня. След това ни взеха още 1800€ с уговорката , че ще платят ремонта и ще върнат остатъка, а депозитът от 600€ ще го освободят. Вече два месеца не е освободен и само ни ЛЪЖАТ. Пишем емайли и звъним по телефона вече десетки пъти за фактури от сервиза, защото казаха че от тези 1800€ нищо не е останало. Отговор няма. Прилагам снимка на щетата. Изберете друга фирма тези са МОШЕННИЦИ .”

גבו פיקדון של 600 דולר בערך, וכשהחזרתי את הרכב
ראו שיש פלסטיק פנימי שיצא מהמקום- מעין ידית כזאת שמחזיקה את כיסוי הבגז׳ כשפותחים את הבגז׳. הנציג אמר שזה שטויות בקטנה, וסביר להניח שאפשר פשוט לשים קצת דבק וזהו או שמקסימום יעלה כמה גרושים לתקן. ושיחזירו את הפקדון אחרי שיתקנו..
אז זהו, שגבו את הפקדון במלואו, ואמרו שזה עלה יותר .
מסכום הפקדון. ביקשתי קבלה על התיקון ועוד לא קיבלתי.
והביטוח לא מכסה נזקים פנימיים בתוך הרכב.
