“Грам не сме доволни от услугите на тази "компания"!!!!
Предлагат страхотни цени в сайта си и добри условия. Наехме кола за чужбина за 3 дни като си платихме с карта online. Отидохме на заявения час да си я вземем от Т2 и там ни информираха, че няма как да вземем колата, защото в условията за ползване не позволявали да се изкарва кола извън граница за по-малко от 7 дни. Toва никъде не е написано в сайта и преспокойно си ти взимат парите!!
Дни преди да вземем колата се обадихме да потвърдим дали всичко е наред с резервацията и те потвърдиха, че е. Но дефакто, кола не ни дадоха и на всичкото отгоре ни увериха, че ще ни върнат парите в срок от 10 дни от съответната дата. Минали са вече 20+ дни и парите все още не са ни изпратени. Опитахме да се свържем с тях няколко пъти, естествено без никакъв резултат или отзив - дори бих нарекла цялата ситуация и обслужващ персонал като ИЗКЛЮЧИТЕЛНО непрофесионални и некомпетентни, с изключение на момчето, което ни обслужи като ходихме да си вземем колата и успя да ни помогне да си намерим друга от друга "адекватна"компания.
"Мениджъра" на тази "компания" допусна грешка изобщо разрешавайки тази ситуация да се развие, и още по-голяма като не се взеха мерки да се върнат пари за услуга, която те така и НЕ предоставиха. Със сигурност не препоръчвам техните услуги, особено и за чужденци, защото явно към тях отношението е още по-неглижирано. Гледайки и другите негативни ревюта всички са от чужденци главно. ЖАЛКА КОМПАНИЯ С ЖАЛКА ПОЛИТИКА!!! След като приятелката ми се обади се задействаха рязко след заплаха за chargeback. ТРЯБВАШЕ ДА ИМ СЕ КРЕСНЕ НА БЪЛГАРСКИ, ЗА ДА СЕ ЗАДЕЙСТВАТ С ВРЪЩАНЕТО НА ПАРИТЕ ХАХАХА! АБСОЛЮТНИ ИЗМАМНИЦИ.
Съмнявам се, но ако някой представител на тази смешна фирма изобщо се занимава да чете ревютата може да се запознае със случая използвайки този номер на резервация- 5845-20230201 , защото съм сигурна, че не е запознат. Приятен ден!
We are not satisfied with the services of this "company" at all!!!! They offer great prices on their site and good conditions. We rented a car abroad for 3 days, paying by card online. We went at the stated time to pick it up from T2 and there we were informed that there was no way to pick up the car, because the terms of use did not allow a car to be driven out of the border for less than 7 days. This is not written anywhere on the site, and they take your money in peace!!
Days before we were to pick up the car we called to confirm if everything was ok with the booking and they confirmed it was. But de facto they didn't give us a car and on top of that they assured us that they would refund us within 10 days from the relevant date. It's been 20+ days now and the money still hasn't been sent to us. We tried to contact them several times, naturally with no result or feedback - I would even call the whole situation and service staff EXTREMELY unprofessional and incompetent, except for the guy who served us when we went to pick up our car and he was able to help us to let's find another one from another "adequate" company.The "manager" of this "company" made a mistake by allowing this situation to develop in the first place, and even more so by not taking steps to refund money for a service they NEVER provided.I certainly do not recommend their services, especially for foreigners, because apparently they are treated even more negligently. Looking at the other negative reviews, they are all mainly from foreigners. SAD COMPANY WITH SAD POLICY!!! After my girlfriend called, they acted abruptly after threatening a chargeback. THEY HAD TO SPEAK IN BULGARIAN TO PROCEED WITH THE REFUND HAHAHA! ABSOLUTE FRAUDS.
I doubt it, but if any representative of this ridiculous company even bothers to read the reviews, they can look into the case using this reservation number- 5845-20230201, because I'm sure they are not familiar. Have a nice day!”

“Booked an estate car, specifically an estate to ensure enough room for the luggage of 4 adults and a child. Was presented with a small saloon and told that it was a suitable similar car and no estates were available... then continued to argue that it was similar. Eventually managed to get a refund. Rude and unhelpful staff. Booked a suitable car and was sorted out immediately through Choice Rent a Car who were everything EasyRent should be. EasyRent were nothing short of a total headache on day 1 of our holiday. AVOID!”

“Do not rent car from this company, they will charge you a huge car deposit - mine was 1000 leva / 550$ and will not return the deposit , here chatting on line with representative with no results-it’s simply Bulgarian scam ! Once you return the car and fly out of the country forget about your deposit,that’s probably their “ game” as they know a lot of people will never return to Bulgaria. Really sad that still these days nothing in this country can be professional and curiously done .”
“BEWARE! Do not rent from EASYRENT.
We hired their 7 seater Dacia Lodgy. We had the car for a few days when the electric window stopped working and it was down and wouldn't go back up. We contacted the office to be told to bring the car back to the airport at 2am as that is when they would have another car for us. My husband and my 13 year old daughter travelled a 2 hours drive back to the airport in the middle of the night to be told the person hadn't brought the car back so it was a wasted journey.
We were told to just leave the window down, no problem and that we wasn't expecting rain. It was October and very windy when driving. We were a family of 6. The youngest being 5 years old. The door card on the car had already been tiger sealed so was a previous problem. They told us they didn't have another car for us as it was a 7 seater. We had no option but to keep the car for the full 3 weeks.
We took the car back. They checked the car and said everything was fine. Now they are refusing to return our 1200 lev (£500) deposit because they have said the window is broke. We have explained that is not our fault but they refuse to co-operate. I WOULD NOT hire from this company ever again and would advise anyone else to do the same as they will make any excuse to why you shouldn't get your deposit back.”
