“Booked an estate car, specifically an estate to ensure enough room for the luggage of 4 adults and a child. Was presented with a small saloon and told that it was a suitable similar car and no estates were available... then continued to argue that it was similar. Eventually managed to get a refund. Rude and unhelpful staff. Booked a suitable car and was sorted out immediately through Choice Rent a Car who were everything EasyRent should be. EasyRent were nothing short of a total headache on day 1 of our holiday. AVOID!”

“Do not rent car from this company, they will charge you a huge car deposit - mine was 1000 leva / 550$ and will not return the deposit , here chatting on line with representative with no results-it’s simply Bulgarian scam ! Once you return the car and fly out of the country forget about your deposit,that’s probably their “ game” as they know a lot of people will never return to Bulgaria. Really sad that still these days nothing in this country can be professional and curiously done .”
“BEWARE! Do not rent from EASYRENT.
We hired their 7 seater Dacia Lodgy. We had the car for a few days when the electric window stopped working and it was down and wouldn't go back up. We contacted the office to be told to bring the car back to the airport at 2am as that is when they would have another car for us. My husband and my 13 year old daughter travelled a 2 hours drive back to the airport in the middle of the night to be told the person hadn't brought the car back so it was a wasted journey.
We were told to just leave the window down, no problem and that we wasn't expecting rain. It was October and very windy when driving. We were a family of 6. The youngest being 5 years old. The door card on the car had already been tiger sealed so was a previous problem. They told us they didn't have another car for us as it was a 7 seater. We had no option but to keep the car for the full 3 weeks.
We took the car back. They checked the car and said everything was fine. Now they are refusing to return our 1200 lev (£500) deposit because they have said the window is broke. We have explained that is not our fault but they refuse to co-operate. I WOULD NOT hire from this company ever again and would advise anyone else to do the same as they will make any excuse to why you shouldn't get your deposit back.”
