I rented the lowest-priced car in summer of 2022.
The Fiant Punto was beaten up on the outside, good on the inside; it showed a "check engine" light on the 1st day. After a lot of arguing I got them convinced to replace it. They gave me a Renault Cleo.
The key card failed on the 10th day, without me dropping it or bending it. I waited 14! hours for a locksmith to come and repair it; no replacement car was available. In addition, the left back door wasn't opening, the wipers were not working right, the AC was weak.
The worst thing was the customer support: the rental papers listed 2 cell phone numbers. Out of about 80 calls they picked up 3 times. At the end they told me they have a landline phone that is more reliable and that I can find it on their web site. I wish I knew this earlier; I spent hours on the phone, trying to reach them.
Will never rent from them again!”

FIRSTLY, this is not the 1st time we are renting a car from any foreign country.
SECONDLY, I have been driving cars regularly for more than 10 year, which is even before you started your company, so I know to drive and park very well.
Thirdly, if you are talking about the "scratch-" the car was parked in the place as directed by the hotel staff.(at around 1-2am, when it was pitch dark outside and as a tourist, you are new to the place... you cant BLAME US !!!!) . Coincidentally the hotel is next to one of your branches which we noticed the next morning.. and you knew everything from the beginning... now when i think of it did you do this intentionally??
Also, we had paid an extra 600 euros for the so-called scratch despite this not being our fault... but you charged us 900( which I know is way too much to even get the paint fixed )?? it means you never intended to release the deposit of 300 Eu as well right from the beginning. I find it funny how the insurance doesn't cover this... it's so pointless to even buy one, probably VANDALISM is what you guys do and put it on us.
Anyways, I wish I would have read the reviews earlier where most have already complained about the deposits and I regret not doing so. I know for the fact despite all the people writing about you holding the deposits and all you will still not bother, but probably these reviews can save those who are gonna opt for cars from you!!!
I just can't understand how can you even sleep peacefully at the night after stealing money from the client's pockets... THIEVES!!!!
if I had an option I would have selected 0 starts for you. We rented a car from this company for 4 days July 15-18 and also bought the INSURANCE. Unfortunately, on the 2nd day, we noticed that there was a scratch on the car (which was parked outside the hotel) done by locals. We informed the company guys immediately and also spent 1 full day in the police station to lodge a complaint. Initially, they had taken a deposit of 300 euros and due to the scratch, they had deducted an additional amount of 600 euros saying its company policy and stuff. These liars had committed to returning the deposit amount immediately but it's been 3 weeks and they have not released the deposit yet. Hence looted 900 Euros from us. Can you imagine these thieves??? surviving innocent tourist money. My husband tried chasing them on their number but they kept saying it’s under review and they will update. Until one day, when he called them to check and very shamelessly they told the cost of damage will have to be borne by us. When asked what the INSURANCE is for, they don't have any answers for it. I am sure they have managed this with the insurance but have lied to us and kept our money. Please stay away from these scammers and never rent a car with them.

“Had car on long term hire is had a large dent in door damage on rear bumper but it was cheap so ok
Had car for 8 months went to renew for 16 days wanted to charge me 51 euros aday rip off got car another place 31 euros and also called a lier as be careful when getting your deposit back takes 28 days if your lucky had to chase mine luckily still in Bulgaria”
