I had a bad experience renting from Easy Rent this summer. At pick-up, they charged double the deposit foreseen on the car rental voucher. Instead of reserving the amount on the credit card, they actually charged the card. After multiple months and phone calls I still haven't received the deposit back. It is clear that they are fraudulently holding back deposits of part of their customers. As for the car itself, they warned me that they had been doing work on it and said not to pay attention to the engine warning light. At first use of the car, it became quickly clear that was a lie and the engine needed maintenance. Save yourself a lot of trouble and don't rent with this company.
