The worst company ever. Please avoid at all cost this company it’s a typical robbers. They con their customers. The company it’s called easy rent but nothing with them is easy. I arrived 3 am in Sofia. The guy told me where the car was and told me to inspect it myself and gave me the keys. I’ve done full 360 video. On return he immediately spotted a unexisting scratch. They charged me 800€ the charge was not present but it was almost underneath it’s difficult for any customer to inspect. They know where to hit you. They didn’t offer me a transfer to the airport terminal like other companies. The car they gave me was a complete old junk and very bad car. Stuff are extremely unprofessional and lazy.
