I am really disappointed about my negative experience with the car rental service. It is frustrating to be blamed for damage I didn't cause and to have my deposit withheld(2400lv). I had a poor experience with the car rental company since the beginning. They didnt give me the car I have booked, but a cheaper one. I wasnt treated well. If you're looking for alternatives in the future, you might consider reading reviews or asking for recommendations from friends or online communities to find a company with better service standards.
