1. Car booked for 1pm collection at terminal 1 as per documentation and voucher provided by Rentalcar.com. Have to go to terminal 2. No sight of car at 1.30 and being told every 15 min another 10 min and that it’s coming. 2. Rude and unpleasant and telling me how long my journey will take considering I am the one driving with a child!!! 3. Car arrives and it is clearly been in some sort of collision scratched and bumped all over. Really battered and interior extremely warn out. 4. They do not just keep the reserve on the credit card with the blocked £500. They take the full amount out and you are charged international fees by the credit card company. 5. A stone from a truck cracks the windscreen. This should be normal damage and covered by their own insurance however they charge the full deposit for the replacement.
