I booked at your web site, arrived to pick up the car and was told from the attendant that i could not take car out of state and i would be charged for mileage. I had no choice to cancel reservation on site and was informed that i would not be charged. Had to rent from budget rental around the corner. To my surprise when i checked my credit card statement i was charged. Easyrentcars sent several e-mails and not a one of them stated any such information as you are claiming.
I would not recommend Easyrentcars at all!
