I feel like we have been fooled!
When we booked the car online, we could not change the pick up/drop off time to our suitable time and the website would automatically choose a default time! So we thought that’s how it should be, but when we arrived at the airport, they told us that we are late and we couldn’t get a car, so we lost our money! So not happy with them!
