Scam. Arrived to the airport and found the office is outside the airport! And there was no car waiting for me. Even though I have prepaid for my rental car. I called the company, and very poor english speaking representative said that he will not refund my money. I asked for a manger, but I think the manager was in a meeting for an entire year! I have opened a dispute to Visa and daintily never ever renting from them again.
