Really poor company, I suspect scammers. I was charged an extra £80 after renting a car with them from Portugal for a few days, tried effortlessly to find out why but my enquiries were not responded to, I tried going through the complaints procedure but this was ignored. The company cannot tell me what the charges were for, even though we returned a cleaned undamaged car with a full tank of fuel.
I would recommend avoiding this company.
