Working with Samantha seriously changed my life. I wanted to stop taking my Prozac and Birth Control pills, and I knew to do this successfully I would need to heal with whole foods. I was afraid if I tried on my own my anxiety and OCD would probably be worse than ever, with no one to guide me. Through lab work, she showed me how wrecked my gut was, along with other things such as a copper toxicity and low zinc. Once I started her protocol for me, I immediacy felt a difference on how I was feeling. We cut out processed sugars, dairy, bread and seafood. I could see my body changing, going through a detox and my skin was glowing. I not only looked better on the outside, but I now have more energy, my brain fog cleared up, I am able to retrieve words better, my anxiety is less, I don’t crash in the afternoon, I just overall feel like I have a better grasp on my OCD and anxiety. She was there to answer any of my questions and updated my protocols as we progressed. Through her guidance and tools given, I can continue this as a life style. Thank you Sami!!
