Sami is a God send! I am so thankful for her being such a huge part of my health journey. I had spent a lot of time and research and a lot of money before it led me to her. She is incredibly knowledgeable and thorough, as well as kind and understanding. I had previously went to a different fucntional medicine dr and spent a very large amount of money working on autoimmune, hormones, mood, weight, fatigue, etc. The list goes on and on. I just didn't feel like I was getting what I needed out of that program and had spent a lot of time listening to Sami's podcasts and researching her website and new she was my missing puzzle piece. I feel the best I have in my entire life including my teen years. For the first time in my life my menstrual cycle is regular and I am off birth control (was on for 15 years), my gut is healing and I have no heartburn or issues like I did with my stomach previously, my mood is at its best, my autoimmune condition is no longer a constant burden, my pain is gone, and my energy levels are so much better! Because of the modern medical system I believed that I wouldn't be able to get pregnant, because of the Hashimotos condition and having endometriosis and now I know that my body is far more powerful and you can heal, too! I am so beyond grateful for Sami and her program. If you truly want your health and your life back and are willing to take the steps and follow Sami's lead then do it! It is beyond worth it.
